Introduction to the contract procedure
In construction industrial the contract never present without tender. Client must give all the clear information and all the particle to the contractor to make sure they will understand the requirement and what is the work offered by the client and what is the price will offered from the contractor. It is also based on the types of the contract will used.
Contract definition
An agreement enforceable by law. A simple contract may be either written or verbal. A simple contract, including construction contract, must be made upon consideration (i.e. works to be performed by the contractor, and money to be paid by the project owner).
An agreement existed when one party agree to accept offer from another party.
On construction site, contract is an agreement that is bind between two parties. It is an agreement between the client and the contractor who will construct the works.
